Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to return unworn items in their original condition. We email you a prepaid Royal Mail returns label, so you do not pay for return postage, and there is no restocking fee.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of your return reaching us. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
