Where is my order?
Every order is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48. Use your tracking number below, or check the status of your order from your confirmation email.
Track your parcel
Enter the Royal Mail tracking number from your dispatch email. It usually looks like AB123456789GB.
Tracking opens on the Royal Mail website in a new tab. Tracking details usually appear within a few hours of dispatch.
Check your order status
Your order confirmation email has a link to your order status page, which shows each stage of your order and the tracking number once it has been dispatched.
If you checked out with an account, you can also sign in to see every order.

From your order to your door
Order placed
You receive an order confirmation email straight away with your order number.
Prepared
We pick and pack your order in London. Orders placed by 5:00 pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are packed the same working day.
Dispatched
We hand your parcel to Royal Mail and email you the tracking number.
On its way
Tracked 24 aims to deliver 1 to 2 working days after dispatch, and Tracked 48 aims to deliver 2 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Delivered
Royal Mail delivers to your address or leaves a card telling you where to collect it.
Parcel late or missing?
If your parcel has not arrived 5 working days after the latest delivery date in your dispatch email, contact us with your order number. We will raise a claim with Royal Mail and send a replacement or give you a full refund, including delivery.
